You will not be charged if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of your service for late cancellations and the total price of your service for no-shows, and same day cancellations. Cancellation and no-show charges are nonrefundable. It is considered a no-show if you are more than ten minutes late to your appointment, and all fees must be paid before any future bookings are allowed. If not paid in full within 24 hours, all future appts will be cancelled. I am typically flexible with cancellations, so please stay in touch with me as much as possible.
